"Super easy to get a quote"
Getting a quote on Urban Jungle was simple, to be honest. I didn’t have to hunt around everywhere or fill out loads of confusing forms. The whole thing was quick and clear, and I pretty much knew what was going on the whole time. It’s just nice when a website works properly without turning into a headache.

"I had to follow up a few times…"
I had to follow up a few times just to get a basic answer, which was frustrating. The actual service might be fine, but my gut feeling after dealing with their support wasn’t great. I don’t expect instant replies or anything, but waiting days for simple information made the whole experience feel slower and less helpful than it should’ve been

I was able to find my policy documents quickly, which was nice. The only annoying part was that one page loaded really slowly on my phone, so it wasn’t completely hassle-free, but overall it got the job done.

"Renewal price surprise"
My renewal price suddenly jumped without much of a heads-up, give me a break. I had to go back and forth with support just to understand what happened, and even after that it still felt a bit messy. It’s not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected clearer info before they took the payment.

"Actually turned out to be the cover I needed"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the cover I got through Urban Jungle did the job for my flat well. I didn’t want a load of unnecessary extras, just the basics sorted, and it was easy enough to choose what I needed. The price seemed fair too. Annoyingly, I don’t really have anything to complain about, it was straightforward and didn’t give me any hassle, which is basically all I wanted.

Paying for my policy on myurbanjungle.com was straightforward enough. The card went through without any weird extra steps, and I got the confirmation quickly. So on that side, no real complaints. That said, the overall experience has left me feeling a bit less trusting than before, which is a shame because the payment part itself was fine.

"Slow replies and confusing answers"
I had to wait way longer than expected for replies, like I’d check my phone, make coffee, fold a towel, and still nothing. When they finally did get back to me, the answers weren’t very clear and I still felt like I had to guess what they meant. Frustrating overall

"Claim decision felt unfair"
The claim result didn’t feel fair to me. I sent everything they asked for. Even then, the final decision felt one-sided. The replies were okay. But they didn’t really help much. I ended up disappointed. I’m not sure I’d use them again.

"Account help took longer than expected"
I had to reach out to the staff about my account, and I don’t know why, but the whole thing ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be. They were polite, so I’ll give them that, but they didn’t really seem sure what to do. I had to explain the same issue more than once, and it just dragged on longer than I expected. It wasn’t the worst service I’ve ever dealt with, but I definitely thought I’d get more help than I did.

"Decent experience, but a few things could be clearer"
I signed up through Urban Jungle and, to be fair, getting a quote was straightforward. The site is clean and easy enough to use, so I didn’t feel like I was clicking around forever trying to figure things out.

The price seemed reasonable at first glance, which was a plus, but I did find some of the policy details a bit harder to compare than I’d have liked. I had to go back and read a few sections twice just to feel sure about what was actually included.

Customer service was okay too, not especially impressive, but they did get back to me and answered what I asked. Overall, it’s not a bad option, but it didn’t completely win me over either. I’d probably give it 3 stars for now...

"Changing my policy was surprisingly easy"
Updating my policy was straightforward. My last insurer made this kind of thing way more annoying than it needed to be, so it was nice to have a flexible policy with no messing about.

"Decent account, but policy info should be easier to find"
My account works okay overall, and logging in has been fine most of the time. The main issue is that finding policy documents takes way too many clicks, which feels a little unfair when that’s important information people should be able to access easily. It also feels a bit clunky on mobile. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be more straightforward and respectful of customers’ time

I had to amend my policy on myurbanjungle.com and, to be fair, it was mostly straightforward. The steps were clear enough and I didn’t have to spend ages digging around trying to find what I needed.
I’m still giving 3 stars though because it felt a bit slow in places, and I wasn’t totally sure straight away whether the change had actually gone through. Also, it’s a bit frustrating that there’s basically no human contact when you just want someone to confirm things properly. Got there in the end, but it could’ve felt more reassuring.
